Reuben has 20 years’ experience in the investment, stock market and financial media industry. He was the founder of Wealth Creator Magazine, a highly regarded business and investment publication which incorporated an events company, TV show and radio show. Reuben exited Wealth Creator in 2005.

Reuben worked with Integral Capital Group from 2005 to early 2010 where he participated in over $200m in transactions.

Reuben established MBE Education in 2007 to educate SME’s on capital raising and exit strategies through courses and home study programs. MBE was acquired by a group of Entrepreneurs led by Domenic Carosa and Jack Delosa in May 2011.

Reuben co-founded Wholesale Investor in 2008 with Steve Torso. Wholesale Investor is a website and event company that has 8,000 investors and $500m in transactions listed. Reuben is a major shareholder and non-executive director of Wholesale Investor.

Reuben is regarded as an expert in private capital raising and has spoken for groups including: ASX; CPA; RMIT University, Sydney University, Australian Institute of Management, Commonwealth Bank;  NSW State Govt; CSIRO, Ausbiotech & Ashust Lawyers.

Daniel is a corporate finance and project management specialist with a unique skillset to drive a transaction through to a successful commercial outcome.

Prior to Axstra, Daniel worked with Wholesale Investor and personally guided over 70 private companies through the capital raising process. Exposure to this diverse range of opportunities has given Daniel a thorough working knowledge of the key elements that constitute a successful campaign from end-to-end.

From 2008 to 2011, Daniel was General Manager at MBE Education – a specialist education company that focused on teaching SME’s about capital raisings and exit strategies.

Prior to MBE, Daniel worked as a ‘client-side’ project manager with a number of top tier property development consulting firms domestically and internationally. He was responsible for delivering multi-million dollar construction projects for clients that included leading private developers, government, universities and ASX listed corporates.

Wayne specialises in assisting businesses to become investor ready. As well as being a Corporate Advisor for Axstra, he is also owns business consultancy Thexton Armstrong Dart and is the founder of Corporate Wellness Australia. He is also a non-executive director of a pharmaceutical research and development company.

He is a well-published writer (and former editor/editorial director of numerous well-respected Australian Magazines and websites) corporate speaker and currently contributes to Australian Surf Business Magazine.

Wayne has been involved in the merger and acquisition of numerous media entities, plus has been involved in numerous start-up ventures in the health and fitness space.

In the past he has worked with over 200 business owners and owned and operated 5 companies of his own.

His business and strategic insights have been published broadly across Australia’s media including the Sydney Morning Herald, The Melbourne Age, Smart Company and StartupSmart.  John is also the co-host of the business news and interview radio program Eagle Business.

Joven has worked with several start-ups in utilising market-leading technologies to streamline their accounting processes and establish strong reporting frameworks. Joven’s experience in business accounting extends over several industries, entity structures, and business types.

Joven is the founder of JMCorp, a commercial accounting firm specialising in accounting-process-outsourcing and virtual CFO services. JMCorp has evolved the entire accounting function of publicly listed company, Snakk Media (SNK.NZ) – a global mobile media advertising agency, resulting in a robust and efficient reporting function while meeting the strictest compliance standards.

He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia (ICAA).
