Reuben has 20 years’ experience in the investment, stock market and financial media industry. He was the founder of Wealth Creator Magazine, a highly regarded business and investment publication which incorporated an events company, TV show and radio show. Reuben exited Wealth Creator in 2005.
Reuben worked with Integral Capital Group from 2005 to early 2010 where he participated in over $200m in transactions.
Reuben established MBE Education in 2007 to educate SME’s on capital raising and exit strategies through courses and home study programs. MBE was acquired by a group of Entrepreneurs led by Domenic Carosa and Jack Delosa in May 2011.
Reuben co-founded Wholesale Investor in 2008 with Steve Torso. Wholesale Investor is a website and event company that has 8,000 investors and $500m in transactions listed. Reuben is a major shareholder and non-executive director of Wholesale Investor.
Reuben is regarded as an expert in private capital raising and has spoken for groups including: ASX; CPA; RMIT University, Sydney University, Australian Institute of Management, Commonwealth Bank; NSW State Govt; CSIRO, Ausbiotech & Ashust Lawyers.

Daniel is a corporate finance and project management specialist with a unique skillset to drive a transaction through to a successful commercial outcome.
Prior to Axstra, Daniel worked with Wholesale Investor and personally guided over 70 private companies through the capital raising process. Exposure to this diverse range of opportunities has given Daniel a thorough working knowledge of the key elements that constitute a successful campaign from end-to-end.
From 2008 to 2011, Daniel was General Manager at MBE Education – a specialist education company that focused on teaching SME’s about capital raisings and exit strategies.
Prior to MBE, Daniel worked as a ‘client-side’ project manager with a number of top tier property development consulting firms domestically and internationally. He was responsible for delivering multi-million dollar construction projects for clients that included leading private developers, government, universities and ASX listed corporates.

Logan has worked on numerous Capital Raising events from Biotech to the Property Sector and participated in around $30m worth of transactions during the life of his Finance Career over the past 4 years.
His discovered love and passion for the Financial Markets lead him back to university after a career that extended 10 years in Pharmacy. At the time Logan left Pharmacy he was running 2 stores turning over close to $20m a year and so at heart has a business mindset.
His experiences range from Stockbroking, at small and boutique firms, giving out General Advice pertaining to ASX listed companies, to General Advice on Derivatives and Leveraged Financial Products (FX, CFDs, Options and Futures) of which he obtained qualifications for during his career at the internationally known Saxo Bank.
Experienced in the financial services industry and capital raising events. Skilled in pharmaceutical research, financial advisory, pharmaceutical law, equities/derivatives markets, and capital Markets.
Logan is a true professional with a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional and currently completing his Masters in Applied Finance at Macquarie University.
